** Please note that Cross may need to replace your original product. If we do replace your unit you will receive a similar model or an upgrade to a newer product and your original product will not be returned to you. Engraving is not covered under our warranty so replacement units will not be engraved.

By clicking Checkout you authorize Cross.com to charge the credit card provided a per unit handling fee, in states that apply. All postage, insurance, and shipping costs are your responsibility. Charges may apply to repairs that are not covered under the standard warranty. Upon completion of processing your order, Cross.com will instruct you on how to complete your warranty order.
