If we do replace your unit you will receive a similar model or an upgrade to a newer product and your original product will not be returned to you. Engraving is not covered under our warranty so replacement units will not be engraved.

Charges may apply to repairs that are not covered under the standard warranty. Upon completion of processing your order, Cross.com will instruct you on how to complete your warranty order.
